Bayou Boost is a Houston-based e-bike rental service offering a fun, easy, and eco-friendly way to explore the city.

Where do I pick up my bike?

Bikes are picked up at our designated location. Free parking is included, and full pickup details are shared after booking.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes. We offer delivery and pickup for an additional fee. You can select this option during checkout.

What’s included with my rental?

Each rental includes a fully charged e-bike, lock, and quick start instructions. Helmets may also be available.

Do I need experience to ride an e-bike?

No. Our e-bikes are beginner-friendly, and we’ll make sure you know the basics before you ride.

How long can I rent a bike?

We offer flexible rental options, including hourly, half-day, full-day, and multi-day rentals.

Is there a security deposit?

A refundable security deposit may be required at checkout and is returned after the bike is safely returned in acceptable condition.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee or may not be refunded. Rescheduling may be available based on availability.

Are there age requirements?

Yes. Riders must be 18 years or older to rent. Riders under 18 may ride only with a parent or legal guardian present and may require a signed waiver.

What do I need to bring for pickup?

Please bring:

A valid government-issued ID

• Your booking confirmation

• A phone for communication and navigation

What happens if the bike is damaged, lost, or stolen?

Renters are responsible for the bike during the rental period. Additional charges may apply for damage, loss, theft, or late returns.

What should I bring for my ride?

We recommend comfortable clothing, closed-toe shoes, water, and anything you’d like for a smooth ride.

Bayou Boost rentals are perfect for exploring Buffalo Bayou, Memorial Park, and other bike-friendly Houston routes.

Yes. Bayou Boost is great for date nights, birthdays, group outings, and casual city rides.
